In person Starting Strength Launchpad session.
Service Description
Following prior agreement , David is available to visit you in your preferred location. During this 2 hour session, David will meet with you to fully understand your unique starting and provide bespoke guidance at the start of your strength journey. You will also receive a follow up session at 12 weeks to discuss your next steps to a stronger future. On confirmation of appointment you will be sent a full health and lifestyle questionnaire to submit prior to your Strength Launchpad session. Please email all enquiries via the contact page.
Cancellation Policy
